The Studio

Root 73 Studio is the most exciting new recording studio and creative space in London. We are proud to offer a space completely designed for and by musicians. Located in the heart of Dalston and open 24 hours a day, the studio is highly accessible.

Record your next project in a laid back environment where the focus is on creativity. Our engineers running the sessions are not just silent hands; they are there to offer guidance and ideas should you need it.

Our fully isolated studio is built for comfort, with ample seating, wood panelled floors and mood lighting. Adjacent to the studio there is a lounge room equipped with games consoles, perfect for taking a break and unwinding during a long session or for writing lyrics at the desk.

We use a mixture of high end plugins, an analogue mixing desk, and select pieces of classic analogue equipment. Our experienced engineers can work with any kind of sound and are familiar with the techniques specific to certain genres. Use of two different synthesizers is included in all recording sessions.

Our clients are always impressed at the speed of workflow at Studio 73. We don’t waste any session time, so you can concentrate on getting the best takes possible. Every project is important to us and we’re eager to help artists achieve their goals.
